The working hours of the Tiynalla Hotel are round–the-clock.
The Hotel makes reservations at the Hotel according to the Rules on the form, conditions, booking procedure and cancellation of reservations at the Tiynalla Hotel. The hotel accepts booking requests from legal entities and individuals in writing by mail, e-mail or fax, as well as by direct contacting the reception and accommodation service. The reservation of the room is made within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the application, subject to availability. When booking, accommodation or free settlement, the Guest chooses a room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the Hotel administration.
The application for booking rooms indicates contact information for communication, number of clients, full name of clients; date and time of arrival, departure, number and category of rooms, type of payment, additional services not included in the standard service. In case of a subsequent change in the booking request, the Customer provides the Hotel with information no later than three days before the time of settlement for accommodation of 7 rooms or more, and for a day – for accommodation of up to 7 rooms, otherwise the Hotel administration does not guarantee the availability of seats.
The guest (customer) has the right to cancel the application in accordance with the Rules on the form, conditions and procedure for booking and cancellation of reservations at the Tiynalla Hotel.
The hotel has the right to refuse booking if there are no available rooms on the date specified in the application.
When registering at the Tiynalla Hotel, one of the following identity documents, issued in accordance with the established procedure, is provided to the reception and accommodation service:

The period of temporary stay in the Russian Federation of a foreign citizen who arrived in the Russian Federation in an order that does not require a visa may not exceed ninety days, except in cases provided for by Federal Law No. 115 of 25.07.02 "On the legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation". In these cases, a foreign citizen is obliged to present documents confirming the extension of the period of stay in the Russian Federation (work permit, temporary residence permit, residence permit, etc.)

The period of temporary stay of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation in accordance with the procedure requiring obtaining a visa is determined by the validity period of the visa issued to him, except for the cases provided for by this Federal Law (as amended. The guest stops staying at the hotel upon the arrival of the departure date agreed with the Hotel. If a guest repeatedly violates the internal rules of staying at the Hotel, which leads to material losses or creates inconveniences for the accommodation of other visitors, the hotel has the right to refuse to settle or evict. The administrator has the right to refuse settlement in the following cases: – visitors have no documents, documents are invalid or overdue, there are suspicions that the documents are fake; – there is no payment for the room in the prescribed manner and in the required amount; – the guest is untidy, dirty appearance, he is drunk, inadequately, aggressively behaves; – the guest refuses to comply with the internal rules of Hotel accommodation (smoking, parking, etc.); – the guest is included in the list of undesirable guests (stop list); – in other cases provided for by the legislation of Russia and common sense. In disputable cases, the issues are resolved by the hotel administration. |
The Tiynalla Hotel provides services for the provision of rooms for temporary accommodation of Guests of the Tiynalla Hotel during the period agreed with the Hotel administration and issued in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
Check–out time is 12.00 local time.

Check-in before check-out time is possible if there is a prepared room.
For early check-in from 09:00 and check-out on the same day until 18:00, a full day's stay is paid.
After the agreed period, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room. If you intend to extend your stay, the Guest must inform the reception and accommodation service before check-out time (12 o'clock local time). Extension of stay is possible subject to availability of rooms.
If there are no available rooms, the Hotel has the right to refuse to extend the stay.
Children under the age of 2 years inclusive are provided with an extra bed (cot) and breakfast without payment upon request of the guest.
